PROS.

>Helps lose weight- Since zumba is a powerful exercise, it is an effective way to help lose weight.

>Improves coordination- In zumba, our hands and legs may move in different directions at a time. Zumba can be helpful in improving coordination and empowers you to be happy in your own body.

>Makes you happy- Exercising releases endorphins, which triggers positive and happy thoughts.

>Increases stamina- Continuous effort and energy outgo results in increased body resistance.

CONS.
>May cause injury- High energy aerobics can get you carried away resulting in pulled muscle or strained limb or even twisted ankle.

>Doesn’t promote weight training- Zumba can help build endurance and burn calories but, doesn’t incorporate weights. Therefore, if somebody wants to tone their arm and body, zumba won’t be of any help.

>Memorizing steps can be difficult- Any dance style needs coordination and a bit of rhythm. It may not be easy for everyone to remember the steps, especially during fast pace.
