2. What kind of leadership you believe in?
There is no longer a style of leadership to believe. In this fast changing world and dynamics, leaders need to adapt to deliver. If it means autocratic to dictate people to follow that they must, to participate with the skill they have mastered, to suggest when the team is lost for direction. The only style that one should have is having their backs at all times since they have decided to stay with you.
3. If you have to choose between process & result, which side would your bend be?
Process. Process is the only thing under your control. You can define them, bend them and mend them depending on the situation or the task at hand. The process can be outlined if you want to cheat your way to results or work hard and smart to win. There is no fun winning by standing on a podium alone, but with your loved ones is a different pleasure. The rest is all in the hands of god/fate/destiny, whatever you want to believe. You don’t blame anyone for result that doesn’t fit your soul.
4. What are your biggest challenges as a Director?
Myself. There is a perfect leader that I want to become but I cannot because every time I get close, he gets even more efficient. Managing change, profitable growth and keeping a good family / work balance are the most important things I keep chasing.
5. Where is Rashi Peripherals headed in the next five years?
Rashi Peripherals is the fastest growing distribution company in India with a CAGR of 25% you and we plan to continue this momentum for the next five years. Also, it is our endeavor to make Rashi Peripherals products distributed and available in each of the 716 districts in India. We are poised to be the leading distribution company in India with a real value addition in the next five years. Our dream is to become the ‘One Stop Shop’ for all IT and mobile needs of India.
6. What are the upcoming projects of Rashi Peripherals?
Started in 1989 with component distribution, we have diversified into Peripherals, PC and Networking business. Now we have embarked on diversification in mobile/smartphone business. Further, we also are working to tap the enterprise/government sector to get vertical growth in the organization. At the same time, we are doing a lot of internal realignment, training and process improvements to improve our overall efficiency and effectiveness.
7. What has been the best learning of your life?
No matter how many good deeds you have done in your life, one misdeed will wash away all your goodness in a matter of seconds. Nobody will paint your wall of righteousness, but they will brand you for one misdemeanor.
8. What are the mission, core values and vision of your business?
Our mission is to reach all 716 districts of India. Our core values are to have faith and be kind. Our vision is to continuously add value beyond logistics.
9. Any learning would you like to pass on to the next level of entrepreneurs.
People are good in general. You can take advantage of them once. So bury your ego, not passion, tame your arrogance, not your dedication; calm your anger, not your aggression and stay hungry forever. If not, the next day will be the first day of your journey to the end.

1. Tell us about your journey? Anyone to whom you owe your success.
To my father who tells me to keep on going, to my mother who taught me what integrity means and only with this will I be able to respect others, to my uncle who tell me to think big and someone very important who taught me to take the emotion out of my decision making equation at work.
